How to Verify (KYC)

How do I verify my account?

X4T has implemented a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to help ensure users can transact securely. The process is simple, straightforward, and can be completed in just a few minutes.

Step-by-step guide to completing KYC on X4T

1. Verify Now

From your X4T dashboard, click “Verify now” to start the verification process.

2. Confirm your residence

Select “All countries except USA” to confirm you are not a U.S. resident.

If you select “United States of America”, we cannot provide the service due to international regulations, and the system will automatically close your KYC.

3. Enter your personal information

Fill in your address details: street, number, postal code, city, and country.

4. Declare whether you are a Politically Exposed Person (PEP)

Select “Yes” only if you currently hold or previously held a relevant public office, or if you are a close family member of someone who did.

5. Choose your identity document

Select the document type you want to use (National ID, passport, or driver’s license) and the issuing country.

6. Upload photos of your document

Take and upload clear photos:

• National ID / Driver’s License: front and back
• Passport: main identification page

7. Take a live selfie (liveness check)

Allow camera access and follow the on-screen instructions to capture your face and complete the liveness verification.

8. Wait for automatic verification

In most cases, your profile will be verified automatically within the next 60 seconds.

When you see “Your profile has been verified”, your account is ready to use and you can start trading securely on X4T.
