Login Issues
If you’re having trouble logging in to your X4T account, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue. Please follow these instructions carefully:
1) Make sure you’re using the correct login details
Double-check that you are entering the correct email address and password for your account.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
2) Check your internet connection
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. A weak or unstable connection can cause login problems.
3) Clear your cache and cookies
In many cases, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can fix login issues.
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
- Click History.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Under Time range, select All time.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings (or Options).
- In the left menu, click Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Manage Data.
- In the “Manage Cookies and Site Data” window, click Remove All.
- Click Remove All again to confirm.
Safari
- Click Safari in the top-left menu.
- Click Settings (or Preferences).
- Open the Privacy tab.
- Under Website Data, click Manage Website Data.
- Select x4t.com and click Remove.
- Click Remove Now to confirm.
- Close the settings window.
4) Try a different browser
If the issue happens in one browser, try logging in using a different browser to see if it’s browser-specific.
5) Contact support
If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t log in, please contact our support team for assistance.
Include as much information as possible, such as:
- Any error message you are seeing
- Your device and browser
- What troubleshooting steps you already tried
