Login issues



If you are experiencing issues logging into your account on X4T, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue. Please follow these instructions carefully to resolve your login issues:


Make sure you are using the correct login credentials. Double-check that you are using the correct email address and password for your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Check your internet connection. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as a weak or unstable connection can cause login issues.

Clear your cache and cookies. Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve login issues. To do this, follow these steps:


In Google Chrome:

Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
Click on "History" in the dropdown menu.
Click on "Clear browsing data."
In the "Time range" dropdown menu, select "All time."
Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
Click on the "Clear data" button.


In Mozilla Firefox:

Click on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the browser.
Click on "Options" in the dropdown menu.
In the left-hand menu, click on "Privacy & Security."
Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section.
Click on the "Manage Data" button.
In the "Manage Cookies and Site Data" window, click on the "Remove All Cookies" button.
Click on the "Remove All" button to confirm.


In Safari:

Click on the "Safari" menu in the top left corner of the browser.
Click on "Preferences" in the dropdown menu.
In the "Preferences" window, click on the "Privacy" tab.
In the "Website Data" section, click on the "Manage Website Data" button.
In the "Manage Website Data" window, select "x4t.com" and click on "Remove."
Click on "Remove Now" to confirm.
Close the "Preferences" window.


Try using a different browser. If you are experiencing login issues on one browser, try logging in on a different browser to see if the issue is specific to the browser you are using.


Contact support. If you have tried all of the above steps and are still unable to login to your account, please contact our support team for further assistance. Be sure to include as much information as possible, such as any error messages you are receiving and details of the steps you have already taken to troubleshoot the issue.
