Does X4T Provide Receipts or Factura?
X4T documents every transaction, and several types of confirmation are available depending on your needs.
Transaction Confirmation (All Clients)
Upon completing any deposit or withdrawal, every client automatically receives a detailed virtual receipt. This digital confirmation outlines the specifics of the transaction — including amounts and relevant dates — and is sent to the email address linked to your X4T account.
It serves as a convenient official record for your personal tracking and financial management.
Legal Invoice / Factura (On Request)
If you require a formal factura for accounting or tax purposes, we are happy to issue one upon request. Please note the following requirements:
- A valid RUC (Registro Único de Contribuyentes) is required to issue a factura.
- Facturas are issued exclusively to the RUC of the registered account holder. We cannot issue a factura to a third party.
To request a factura, please contact X4T Support with your RUC details.
Cash Transactions (In-Office)
For transactions conducted in cash at our office, an additional physical receipt must be signed on-site at the time of the transaction.
