Do I need BNB / Gas fees to use X4T?

Quick summary

For most networks — no. X4T automatically covers the network fee (gas) on all supported EVM-compatible chains, including BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum. You can deposit, withdraw, trade, swap, and transfer on these networks without ever holding the native "fuel" token.

However, Bitcoin (BTC) and Tron (TRC20) work differently. Please read below before initiating a transaction on those networks.

Which networks does X4T cover gas for?

X4T has always paid gas fees on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) — and this coverage now extends to all supported EVM-compatible networks as well as Solana.

Gas fee coverage on supported networks is provided at X4T's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time — for example in response to sustained network congestion or abnormal fee levels. Where coverage no longer applies, the network fee will be charged to the user and shown before the transaction is confirmed.

Network

Gas covered by X4T?

BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)

✅ Yes — always has been

Ethereum (ERC20)

✅ Yes

Polygon

✅ Yes

Arbitrum

✅ Yes

Solana

✅ Yes

Bitcoin (BTC)

⚠️ No — fee deducted from amount

Tron (TRC20)

⚠️ No — TRX required in wallet

Bitcoin (BTC) — How fees work

X4T does not cover the network fee for Bitcoin transactions. The fee is automatically deducted from the transaction amount — you do not need to top up your wallet separately. The exact fee will always be displayed before you confirm the transaction.

Tron (TRC20) — How fees work

X4T does not cover the network fee for TRC20 transactions. To send or withdraw assets on the Tron network (e.g. USDT-TRC20), your wallet must hold a small amount of TRX to cover the network fee.

⚠️ Important: Before initiating any TRC20 transaction, make sure you have deposited a sufficient amount of TRX into your X4T wallet. Transactions will not process without it.

How does automatic gas work on EVM chains?

On all supported EVM networks, X4T uses advanced transaction routing and an internal gas provision:

  • When you confirm an operation, X4T pays the gas on your behalf and integrates that cost into the transaction.
  • No native token is deducted from your wallet for gas.
  • The process is automatic, secure, and transparent. Any applicable fee is shown before you confirm.

Which operations are covered on EVM chains?

All operations on EVM-compatible networks are covered by automatic gas:

  • Crypto deposits and withdrawals
  • User-to-User transfers between X4T wallets
  • Buys, sells, and swaps of all listed cryptocurrencies, including cross-chain swaps

What do I have to do?

  1. Open the operation you want (deposit, withdraw, swap).
  2. Always select the correct network for the asset (e.g. USDT on BEP20 vs. USDT on TRC20).
  3. If using TRC20, ensure you have TRX available in your wallet before proceeding.
  4. Confirm — X4T handles the rest for all EVM chains.
