Mastering Deposits and Withdrawals at X4T

How to Deposit Crypto to your account

Depositing cryptocurrency to an X4T account is a straightforward process, but it's important to note that X4T currently only supports cryptocurrencies on the BNB Smart Chain network (BEP20). Here's how you can deposit a BNB-based cryptocurrency to your X4T account:



Log into your X4T account.
Go to the "Deposit" section.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, which must be based on the BNB  Smart Chain (BEP20). Should your assets be on another blockchain other than the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20), you will need to bridge your assets to the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Copy the deposit address provided or scan the QR code.
Please make sure that you send the desired token via the BNB Smart Chain network (BEP20). X4T only receives tokens sent over the BNB Chain (BEP20). If you send the tokens via another blockchain, they will be unrecoverably lost.
Transfer the desired amount of the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) cryptocurrency from your external wallet to the deposit address you just copied.



Note: Make sure to double-check the deposit address before making the transfer, as any mistake could result in the loss of funds. Additionally, the deposit process may take some time to complete, as it depends on the network confirmation time of the specific cryptocurrency you're depositing.

How to Withdraw Crypto from your account

Withdrawing cryptocurrency from your X4T account to an external wallet is also a straightforward process, but it's important to note that X4T currently only supports withdrawals of cryptocurrencies based on the BNB Smart Chain network (BEP20). Here's how you can withdraw your funds:



Log into your X4T account.
Go to the "Wallet" section.
Click on "Withdraw".
Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
Please keep in mind that you will receive the desired token via the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network. X4T only sends tokens over BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Please make sure that you enter a valid BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) Wallet Address.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw and the address of the external wallet where you want to receive the funds.
Verify the details of the withdrawal and submit the request.



Note: Make sure to double-check the withdrawal address before making the request, as any mistake could result in the loss of funds. Additionally, the withdrawal process may take some time to complete, as it depends on the network confirmation time of the specific cryptocurrency you're withdrawing.

Please note: Once you have withdrawn your funds from X4T, there is nothing more we can do. Once sent to another address, the crypto is out of our reach. We cannot retroactively cancel transactions nor return them. We encourage all our clients to thoroughly research before sending funds to another address. It is always recommended to try a test amount first.
