How to Deposit Cryptocurrencies into Your Account

Depositing cryptocurrencies into an X4T account is a simple process, but it’s important to keep in mind that X4T currently only supports cryptocurrencies on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network. Here’s how you can deposit a BNB-based cryptocurrency into your X4T account:

Log in to your X4T account.
Go to the “Deposit” section.

Select “Crypto” and the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, which must be based on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). If your assets are on another blockchain that is not Binance Smart Chain (BEP20), you will need to transfer your assets to the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Copy the provided deposit address or scan the QR code.

Make sure to send the chosen token via the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network. X4T only receives tokens sent through BNB Chain (BEP20). If you send tokens through another blockchain, they will be irretrievably lost.

Transfer the desired amount of BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) cryptocurrency from your external wallet to the deposit address you just copied.

Note: Be sure to double-check the deposit address before making the transfer, as any mistake could result in the loss of funds. Also, the deposit process may take some time to complete, as it depends on the confirmation time of the network of the specific cryptocurrency you are depositing.

How to Withdraw Cryptocurrencies from Your Account

Withdrawing cryptocurrencies from your X4T account to an external wallet is also a simple process, but it’s important to keep in mind that X4T currently only supports withdrawals of cryptocurrencies based on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network. Here’s how you can withdraw your funds:

Log in to your X4T account.
Go to the “My Wallet” section.

Click “Withdraw” and then “Crypto”.

Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

Please note that X4T only sends tokens via BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Make sure to enter a valid BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) wallet address.

Enter the amount you want to withdraw and the external wallet address where you want to receive the funds.

Review the withdrawal details and submit the request.

Make sure to double-check the withdrawal address before submitting the request, as any mistake could result in the loss of funds. Also, the withdrawal process may take some time to complete, as it depends on the confirmation time of the network of the specific cryptocurrency you are withdrawing.

Once you have withdrawn your funds from X4T, there is nothing else we can do. Once sent to another address, the cryptocurrency is beyond our reach. We cannot retroactively cancel transactions or return them. We encourage all our customers to thoroughly research before sending funds to another address. It is always recommended to test with a small amount first.
