Depositing and withdrawing crypto on X4T is straightforward — and now multichain. You can move funds in and out on any of our supported networks.

Important: Always select the correct network for deposits and withdrawals — both in X4T and in the external wallet you are sending from / to. Sending an asset on the wrong network may result in loss of funds.
Cash-out reminder: If you plan to convert crypto to fiat (cash or bank), you need the asset to be on BEP20 USDT/USDC. Use Trade → Swap to move funds to BEP20 first.
How to deposit crypto on X4T
- Log in to your X4T account.
- Go to the "Deposit" section.
- Select "Crypto" and the cryptocurrency you want to deposit.
- Select the network for the asset you wish to deposit (e.g. USDT → TRC20 if your USDT is on Tron).
- Copy your X4T deposit address and paste it into the wallet you wish to send funds from. Make sure that external wallet is sending on the same network you just picked in X4T.
- Confirm and send the transaction in your external wallet.
Tip: Be sure to double-check the deposit address before making the transfer. Any mistake could result in the loss of funds. The deposit process may take some minutes to complete, depending on the confirmation time of the network.
How to Withdraw Cryptocurrencies from Your Account
Withdrawing crypto from X4T to an external wallet is just as simple. You can now withdraw on any of our supported networks — not only BEP20.
- Log in to your X4T account.
- Go to the "My Wallet" section.
- Click "Withdraw" and then "Crypto".
- Select the network and cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. Pick the network that matches the receiving wallet (e.g. ERC20 if your destination wallet expects Ethereum).
> If you don't see your funds on the network you expect, they may be held on another supported chain. Check the wallet overview or use Trade → Swap to move them.
- Enter the amount and the external wallet address where you want to receive the funds.
- Review the withdrawal details (network, address, amount) and submit the request.
Always double-check the withdrawal address and network before submitting. Any mistake could result in the loss of funds. The withdrawal process may take some minutes depending on the network.
Once you have withdrawn your funds from X4T, we cannot undo or reverse the transaction. Cryptocurrency sent to another address is beyond our reach. We strongly recommend testing with a small amount first when sending to a new address.
