How do I change my password for my X4T account?

Changing your password on X4T is a simple process that can be done in just a few minutes. There are two options available to change your password: through your user profile or via the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.

Here is a step-by-step guide to change your password using both options:

Option 1: Change your password through your user profile

1. Log in to your X4T account.
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then click “Settings.”

3. Click “Change Password.”

4. Enter your current password, followed by your new password.

5. Re-enter your new password to confirm.
6. Click “Save Changes.”
7. Your password has been changed successfully.

Option 2: Change your password using the “Forgot your password?” link

1. Go to the X4T login page.
2. Click the “Forgot your password?” link.

3. Enter the email address associated with your X4T account.

4. Click “Send.”
5. A password reset email will be sent to the email address you provided.
6. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
7. Your password has been changed successfully.

Can’t reset your password / Not receiving a new password?

If you registered your account using Google or Apple, continue logging in through the platform you selected. If you forget your password, please reset it directly through your Google or Apple account, as password recovery cannot be processed directly through X4T.

It’s important to choose a strong password that is not easy to guess. A strong password should contain a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols, and should be at least 8 characters long.
