Hacked or Compromised Account

If your X4T account has been hacked or compromised, it is important to take immediate action to protect your funds and personal information. Follow the steps below.


1. Change Your Password

Change your account password as soon as possible to prevent the attacker from regaining access. Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other account.

2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA as an additional layer of security to protect your account.

3. Contact X4T Support

Report the issue to our Support team as soon as possible and request assistance. Provide as much detail as you can, including:

  • The date and time of the incident
  • Any unusual account activity you noticed
  • The types of assets that may have been affected

4. Monitor Your Account

Closely watch your account for any unusual activity, such as unauthorized trades or withdrawals, and report anything suspicious to our Support team immediately.

5. Take Additional Precautions

Be cautious of any suspicious emails or messages related to the hack. Do not click on any links or provide personal information in response to these communications.
