Power of attorney

In instances where you are unable to personally handle your financial transactions, X4T offers a solution that allows you to delegate this task to a third party.

To facilitate this process securely and effectively, X4T requires a Power of Attorney (POA) to be provided via email. This email must originate from the address associated with your X4T account and include specific documentation to ensure the integrity and security of your transaction.

Send to: support@x4t.com

Authorization for Collection of Payment

I, [Full Name], holder of Cedula number [Your Cedula Number] and X4T User ID [Your X4T Account ID], hereby authorize the following person:

[Name of the Authorized Person], Cedula number [Authorized Person's Cedula Number],

to collect the payment with ID [Payment ID] on my behalf.

Attached, I am sending a photo of my Cedula and the Cedula of the authorized person for verification purposes.

I confirm that I fully trust the authorized person and that they are entitled to receive the payment on my behalf.

Liability Waiver: Once the payment is properly handed over to the authorized person mentioned above, X4T is no longer responsible for the transferred funds. X4T assumes no liability for any loss, misuse, or other claims that may arise after the funds have been handed over to the authorized person.
