Authorization to Receive a Payment

I, [Full Name], holder of ID card number [Your ID Number] and an X4T user with ID [Your X4T Account ID], hereby authorize the following person:

[Authorized Person’s Name], ID card number [Authorized Person’s ID Number],

to receive the payment with ID [Payment ID] on my behalf.

Attached, I am sending a photo of my ID card and the authorized person’s ID card for verification.

I confirm that I fully trust the authorized person and that they are authorized to receive the payment on my behalf.

X4T is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or other claims that may arise after the funds have been delivered to the authorized person.
