What Happens If You Send Funds from a Different Blockchain

Solutions for Wrong Blockchain Transfers at X4T

It is crucial for our clients to ensure they are using the correct blockchain, specifically the Binance Smart Chain (BSC/BEP20), when depositing or withdrawing funds from X4T, multiple disclaimers are provided during the deposit process to emphasize this.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in complications, including the potential loss of assets or additional network fees from the originating blockchain.

If you encounter this issue, immediately contact our support team for assistance, our team will look into your case to see what they can do. Since X4T does not operate on other blockchains, we do not hold any funds required to execute transactions on other blockchains. Example given: Should you mistakenly deposit Ethereum (ETH) from the Ethereum Network, X4T will have to purchase Ethereum in order to pay the network fees to recover your funds. This amount will be deducted from the origin amount you mistakenly sent.

A transaction on the ETH network can cost up to 70$ in some cases. We call on all our customers to make sure to only deposit on the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20).

Should you need to bridge your crypto from one blockchain to another, we have prepared a helpful article to guide you through the process.
