How to Use Internal User-to-User Transfers on X4T

We’re excited to announce a new feature: Internal Transfers! You can now transfer funds directly from your X4T wallet to another X4T wallet for free using the recipient’s User ID. This process is fast, secure, and incurs no platform fees.

Steps to Perform an Internal Transfer

Log in to Your X4T Account:
Navigate to the "My Wallet" and then to "Withdrawal" and click on "Crypto"

Select the Transfer Type:
Choose Internal Transfer from the options provided.

Enter the Recipient’s User ID:
In the "User ID" field, input the unique User ID of the recipient's X4T wallet.

> ⚠️ Ensure the User ID is entered correctly to avoid sending funds to the wrong account.

Select the Cryptocurrency:
Choose the specific cryptocurrency you wish to transfer (e.g., USDT, USDC, etc.).

Input the Transfer Amount:
Specify the amount you want to send in the selected currency.

Confirm the Details:
Double-check the User ID, amount, and selected cryptocurrency before proceeding.

Complete the Transfer:
Click Transfer Crypto to finalize the transaction. The funds will be instantly transferred to the recipient’s wallet.

Additional Notes

Make sure the recipient’s User ID is accurate, as transactions cannot be reversed once completed.
For external withdrawals or transfers to other Xwallets, please note that BNB will be deducted as gas fees.
