Understanding & Troubleshooting Country Restrictions on X4T Crypto Exchange

At X4T, we strive to provide our services globally, but certain legal and licensing obligations require us to impose regional restrictions. As a result, our services may not be available in all countries.

Restricted Countries:

Please be aware that due to these requirements, X4T currently cannot provide services in the following countries:

Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Guinea Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United States, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

If you are trying to access our platform from one of the countries listed above, unfortunately, you will not be able to use X4T's services at this time.

However, if you're encountering difficulties accessing our platform and you are not located in one of these restricted countries, it could be due to a mistaken detection of your location. Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

Check Your VPN or Proxy Server Settings:

Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and proxy servers can obscure or alter your geographic location. Here's how to deactivate these services:

VPN: The process may vary depending on the VPN software you're using. Typically, you'll find the software icon in your system tray or applications folder. Open the VPN software and look for a "disconnect" or "turn off" option.
Proxy server: If you're using a proxy server, the process to disable it will depend on your browser. You'll usually find these settings in your browser's network or advanced settings section.

Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies:

Your browser stores information that can interfere with accessing certain websites. Clearing your cache and cookies might resolve the problem. You'll find this option in your browser's settings or preferences.

Confirm Your Internet Connection:

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) sometimes use dynamic IP address systems that assign IPs from a region outside your actual location. Restart your modem or router to refresh your IP address.

Reach Out to Your ISP:

If none of the above steps work, your ISP might be routing your internet connection through an international gateway. This could result in X4T detecting you as being in a different region. Contact your ISP to discuss this issue.

If you're still having trouble accessing our platform, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're always here to help!

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
