Understanding and Resolving Country Restrictions on the X4T Crypto Exchange

At X4T, we strive to offer our services globally, but certain legal and licensing obligations require us to impose regional restrictions. As a result, our services may not be available in all countries.

Restricted Countries

Please note that due to these requirements, X4T currently cannot offer services in the following countries:

Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Croatia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

If you attempt to access our platform from one of the countries listed above, unfortunately you will not be able to use X4T services at this time.

However, if you are having trouble accessing our platform and you are not located in one of these restricted countries, it may be due to an incorrect detection of your location. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check your VPN or proxy server settings

Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and proxy servers can obscure or change your geographical location. Here’s how to disable these services:

  • VPN: The process may vary depending on the VPN software you are using. Generally, you can find the app icon in your system tray or applications folder. Open the VPN software and look for an option like “Disconnect” or “Turn off.”
  • Proxy server: If you are using a proxy server, the process for disabling it depends on your browser. Typically, you can find these settings under the network section or advanced settings in your browser.

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies

Your browser stores information that can interfere with access to certain websites. Clearing your cache and cookies can resolve the issue. You can find this option in your browser’s settings or preferences.

  1. Confirm your internet connection

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) sometimes use dynamic IP address systems that assign IPs from a region outside your actual location. Restart your modem or router to refresh your IP address.

  1. Contact your ISP

If none of the steps above work, your ISP may be routing your internet connection through an international gateway. This could cause X4T to detect you in a different region. Contact your ISP to discuss this issue.

Remember: X4T is designed to comply with all legal and licensing requirements. If you are using tools to change or hide your location, we kindly ask you to disable them to use our services in accordance with our terms of use.

If you are still having trouble accessing our platform, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We’re always here to help.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
