## 1) Make sure you’re using the correct login details
Double-check that you are entering the **correct email address and password** for your account.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking **“Forgot your password?”** on the login page.

## 2) Check your internet connection

2. Click **History**.

4. Under **Time range**, select **All time**.
5. Check **Cookies and other site data** and **Cached images and files**.
6. Click **Clear data**.

### Mozilla Firefox
1. Click the **three horizontal lines** in the top-right corner.
2. Click **Settings** (or **Options**).
3. In the left menu, click **Privacy & Security**.
4. Scroll to **Cookies and Site Data**.
5. Click **Manage Data**.

5. Select **x4t.com** and click **Remove**.
6. Click **Remove Now** to confirm.
7. Close the settings window.

## 4) Try a different browser
If the issue happens in one browser, try logging in using a **different browser** to see if it’s browser-specific.

## 5) Contact support
If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t log in, please contact our support team for assistance.
Include as much information as possible, such as:
* Any **error message** you are seeing
