Contact X4T Support: If the need to change your email address is pressing—be it due to security concerns, or simply an update in your contact information—your first option is to reach out to our Support Team for personalized assistance. You can do so via our Support Center at support.x4t.com, available in both Spanish and English languages.
Create a New Account: If your situation isn't urgent, you may consider opening a new X4T account using your new, desired email address. Please be aware that your trading history and asset balances will not automatically transfer to this new account. Manual asset transfer will be necessary if you choose this route.
Account Deletion: If your old email address is compromised or no longer secure, and you wish to discontinue using the associated X4T account, we strongly recommend that you submit a support ticket to request the deletion of your old account.
