Contact X4T Support: If changing your email address is urgent—whether due to security concerns or simply updating your contact information—your first option is to reach out to our Support Team for personalized assistance. You can do this through our Support Center at support.x4t.com, available in Spanish and English.
2. Create a New Account: If your situation is not urgent, you can consider opening a new X4T account using your desired new email address. Keep in mind that your trading history and asset balances will not be transferred automatically to this new account. You will need to manually transfer assets if you choose this option.
3. Account Deletion: If your old email address is compromised or no longer secure and you want to stop using the associated X4T account, we strongly recommend submitting a support ticket to request deletion of your old account. This helps prevent unauthorized access and protects your assets.
