Below you'll find the step-by-step process to deposit funds and withdraw money. **Please note:** All bank transfer requests are processed during business hours. Bank transfers may take **up to 2 business days**, depending on the amount and route. > **Important:** All fiat operations (cash and bank) are settled in **USDC/USDT on the BEP20 network**. If your stablecoins are on another chain (ERC20, TRC20, etc.), swap them to BEP20 inside X4T before starting a bank withdrawal. > **What changed with SWIFT?** > SWIFT transfers used to require an extra step routed through a U.S. intermediary using an **ABA routing number**. **This is no longer needed.** SWIFT transfers now go **directly via BIC**, exactly like any normal international transfer. Just use the **BIC/SWIFT code** shown in the app. --- ## How to Deposit via Bank Transfer on X4T You can create a bank transfer deposit request directly from the X4T platform. Follow these steps: 1. You will then see our bank details so you can execute the transfer from your bank. > **SWIFT is now direct via BIC** — no ABA routing number required. > Funds sent via **ACH**, or in **currencies other than USD**, will be returned to the sender. > > Please include your **User ID** in the **reference / note** field of your bank transfer. 5. After completing the transfer in your bank, return to X4T and finalize the request by clicking **"Request Deposit"**, so we can register and process your deposit correctly. For high-value deposits, we also recommend contacting us via email at **support@x4t.com** or WhatsApp at: https://whatsapp.x4t.com/ This allows us to assist you and help ensure a smooth and secure transaction. ### Using your personal bank account To ensure safe and seamless transactions, deposits and withdrawals must be made **from your personal bank account**. Transfers from **third-party accounts** will be rejected. --- ## How to Withdraw via Bank Transfer on X4T You can request a bank transfer withdrawal directly from the X4T platform. Follow these steps: 1. If your balance is on another network, swap to BEP20 first under **Trade**. 4. The ABA routing number is **not** required anymore. Required fields vary depending on the selected transfer type. 5. If there are mistakes, the transfer may be rejected or reversed, causing delays and possible bank fees. Your withdrawal request will be processed. This may take a few days depending on the route. Once approved, you will receive a notification in the app and by email. --- ## Important note Sending the wrong currency to the wrong account may result in loss of funds or receiving a different amount due to the bank's automatic USD/GS conversion. X4T is not responsible for incorrectly entered transfer details. Each customer is strongly encouraged to verify all information carefully before submitting. --- ## Withdrawals are only available in USDC/USDT (BEP20) Withdrawals can only be made using **USDC or USDT on the BEP20 network**. If you hold stablecoins on another chain (ERC20, TRC20, Polygon, etc.), use **Trade → Swap** inside X4T to convert them to BEP20 before starting the withdrawal. --- ## Using your personal bank account (required) To ensure safe and seamless transactions, deposits and withdrawals must be made **from your personal bank account**.
