If your X4T account has been hacked or compromised, it is important to take immediate action to protect your funds and personal information. Here are some steps you can follow:
Change your password:
Change your account password as soon as possible to prevent the attacker from accessing your account again. It is also a good idea to use a strong and unique password that is not used for any other accounts.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA):
Enable it as an additional layer of security to protect your account.
Contact X4T Support:
Contact our Support team as soon as possible to report the issue and request assistance. Make sure to provide as much information as possible, such as the date and time of the incident, any unusual account activity, and the type of assets that may have been affected.
Monitor your account:
Closely monitor your account for any unusual activity, such as unauthorized trades or withdrawals, and report any such activity to our support team immediately.
Take additional precautions:
Be cautious of any suspicious emails or messages that may be related to the hack, and do not click on any links or provide personal information in response to these communications.
